ere are some effective abs exercises you can do at home without any equipment:
1. Crunches
How to Do:
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head. Lift your shoulders off the ground using your core and lower back down.
Reps: 15–20 per set.
Target: Upper abs.
