Foot Placement: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, slightly forward of the bar. Execution: Unlock the bar, lower your body by bending at the hips and knees, keeping your back straight and core engaged. Ascent: Push through your heels to return to the starting position. The guided bar reduces balance challenges, allowing you to focus on muscle engagement, particularly in the quads, glutes, and hamstrings. However, it limits natural movement, so proper foot placement is key to avoid joint strain.
